Modern Computing Technologies

Program Description

Modern Computing Technologies courses provide students with opportunities to gain experience installing, configuring, securing, and administering Linux network services, along with an understanding of the methods, policies, and procedures needed to maintain systems availability and response and mitigation to incidents, based on the cause. Also explored will be the implementation, support, and maintenance of a virtualized infrastructure. Lastly, wireless communication and cloud computing will be evaluated, such as wireless and mobile devices' security.
