Program Description
This certificate provides today's employees with the skills needed to face cybersecurity threats in their professional and personal lives, including the handling of phishing, data breaches, malware, etc. Cybersecurity awareness is considered an essential skill for business employees, from entry-level to executive-level.
Preparation
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon graduation, Business End User Security students will be able to:
- Understand data and how it is stored, as well as the hardware/software used to access and process it.
- Understand key concepts and terminology relating to cybersecurity.
- Understand and implement IP addressing within small, medium and large networks.
