Modern Computing Technologies

Program Description

Modern Computing Technologies courses provide students with opportunities to gain experience installing, configuring, securing, and administering the modern data center. Additionally, students will gain an understanding of the methods, policies, and procedures needed to maintain system availability and respond to incidents. Also explored will be the implementation, support, and maintenance of a virtualized infrastructure. Lastly, wireless communication and cloud computing will be evaluated.

The Program Certificate in Modern Computing is an excellent way to jump-start your career. You may choose from online and on-campus course delivery options. This flexibility allows you to complete coursework at your convenience and on your schedule.

Students enrolling in this certificate will need a strong background in Linux and Networking.

Upon graduation, Modern Computing Technology students will be able to:
